Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the SocialRollout service operated at socialrollout.com. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Our Services

SocialRollout provides TikTok account infrastructure services, including account creation, account warmup, niche-targeted engagement, and content distribution across managed account fleets. The Service is intended for use by businesses, creators, and marketers seeking to scale their TikTok presence through managed account infrastructure. The Service is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where such use would violate local laws or regulations.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (such as text, graphics, logos, and software), is owned by SocialRollout and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.

3. User Representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation
  • You have the rights to any content you provide us for distribution on TikTok

4. Purchases and Payment

All purchases through the Service are subject to our pricing as displayed on the website at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

5. Subscriptions

SocialRollout services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services (account creation, warmup, and content distribution begin immediately upon subscription activation), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods or unused account slots. If you experience a service issue, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any systems connected to the Service
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
  • Use the managed accounts for harassment, spam, or any activity that violates TikTok's community guidelines

8. Content You Provide

You retain ownership of any content you provide to SocialRollout for distribution through managed TikTok accounts. By providing content to us, you grant SocialRollout a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service (posting to your managed TikTok accounts).

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit, and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

9. Account Management and Platform Risk

You acknowledge that TikTok accounts managed by SocialRollout are subject to TikTok's terms of service and community guidelines. While we employ industry-standard warmup and management practices to minimize risk, we cannot guarantee that managed accounts will not be restricted, suspended, or banned by TikTok.

SocialRollout is not liable for any account actions taken by TikTok, including but not limited to account suspension, content removal, or shadow-banning. We will make reasonable efforts to replace restricted accounts within your fleet as part of the Service.

10. Service Management

We reserve the right to: (a) monitor the Service for violations of these Terms; (b) take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these Terms; (c) refuse, restrict, or disable access to the Service at our sole discretion; (d) remove or disable content that is excessive in size or burdensome to our systems; and (e) manage the Service in a manner designed to protect our rights and facilitate proper functioning.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All managed TikTok accounts associated with your subscription will be deactivated. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

15. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at icisaiahcerven@gmail.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with binding arbitration.

You agree that any arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

16. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. SocialRollout MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY MANAGED TIKTOK ACCOUNTS WILL ACHIEVE SPECIFIC GROWTH OR ENGAGEMENT RESULTS.

17. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SocialRollout, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SocialRollout and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights; or (d) any content you provide to SocialRollout for distribution.
